Slow Cooker Stuffed Shells
Easy to make and easy to gobble up! This is one of my families favorite dinners!

Line your slow cooker with a slow cooker liner. This makes clean up so easy!
Pour a nice layer of sauce in the bottom of your slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix together the Ricotta cheese, egg, and Parmesan cheese.
If you like spinach, add to the cheese mixture. I love spinach in my pasta, but my family only likes a little bit so just add to your family’s preferences.
Spoon the mixture into the shells. You don’t have to pre-cook the pasta!
Place the shells on the layer of marinara sauce inside the slow cooker.
Cover the shells with a nice layer of marinara sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
