Beef Stroganoff is a dish I remember my mom making for dinner when I was younger.  Honestly, I have never made it before!  So I thought making slow cooker beef stroganoff would be perfect!  It got good reviews from my family and it was so easy that we will definitely be making these again!
* 1 lb cubed beef stew meat
* 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
* 1/4 cup water
* 4 oz cream cheese
* Egg Noodles
Again, this is a complicated recipe to make.  KIDDING!!  In your slow cooker, place your meat, cream of mushroom soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and water.  Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.  (Cooking times can vary depending on your slow cooker)
When it is close to dinner time, cook egg noodles according to package directions.  While the egg noodles are cooking add 4 oz cream cheese to the slow cooker.  Stir to mix well.
Serve over the noodles.
Josh doesn’t like noodles, mushrooms or onion but I was shocked that he said he rated this dinner a 7!  (If you know my picky child that is one heck of a rating!!) Andy and I liked it a lot and like I said, we will make this again!
