Slow Cooker Fajitas Easy Slow Cooker Dinner

Fajitas are probably one of my family’s very favorite dinners.  I think they would not only enjoy having them weekly, they’d probably eat them more than once a week!  Slow Cooker Fajitas are a great way to take some of the prep time out of Fajita Night.  Not only does it make cooking the fajita meat easier, it makes for more flavorful, extremely tender, and juicy meat!

Serve with tortilla shells and your favorite fajita add-ons – sauteed green bell peppers, onions, shredded cheese, rice, and re-fried beans!

We like to double this recipe and fill the slow cooker so we extra meat for adding to salads, wraps, and other meals throughout the week.  Fajita chicken and steak is great in so many recipes.  Cook this delicious meat once and save time prepping meals for days!
